Liability Disclaimer

The user signing up to the activity certifies that he and each member he is signing up for, understands that there is risk of injury associated with participating in any exercise or sports activity and he and each member he is signing up for, certify that finds himself in good physical condition and have no known disabilities that might otherwise be detrimental to my health or well-being.

By signing up to the activity the user certifies that he and each member he is signing up for, has fully responsibility for any and all damages, injuries, or losses that he and each member he is signing up for, may incur while attending or participating in any Trek A Break activity. By signing up to the activity he and each member he is signing up for, waive all claims against Trek A Break, its officials and employees, for any and all claims for injuries or damages that he and each member he is signing up for might sustain. The user signing up to the activity and each member he is signing up for, certify that all of the information provided are correct and true.

Fees and cancellation policy

Buying the activity, the user and each member he is signing up for, will have access to the services detailed in the section "Included". Registrations close two days before the event and 5€ discount is applied for reservations made up to ten days before the trekking.
Free-of-charge cancellation:
- by the participant until five days before the trekking by replying “cancellation request” to the booking confirmation e-mail;
- by the organization anytime in case of bad weather conditions, minimum number participants not reached or any other organizational reason.
In case of cancellation by the organization, participants will be immediately informed on the email address inserted during the registration and the total booking amount will be refunded.
Differently than the previous cases, the participant will be charged with the total reservation amount.

Included

By signing up to the activity the user and each member he is signing up for, will have access to the following services:
- transportation: shuttle from the selected collecting point to the excursion and back to the same collecting point;
- lunch: drinks, starters, main dishes, side dishes and desserts as specified in the event page. Once reached the restaurant, participants may be asked to vary their reservation choice based on the local products daily availability;
- excursion: a certified trekking instructor will lead the group in nature immersive walking;
- photographs: the trekking instructor will take pictures during the activity. Participants will receive an email to download the branded version directly from the web page.

Not included

- orginal-photograps: participants will have the possibility to buy the pictures in original size and logo-free version at 5 €/pic by writing at info@trek-a-break.com.

Photographs

By signing up to the activity, the user and each member he is signing up for, give to Trek A Break organization the permission to take photographs and / or videos of any person registered (including minors under their responsibility) and grant to Trek A Break organization full rights to use any reproductions or adaptations of these images on our website, on our social profiles, on printed products, on media and/or any other means of communication (please write us for any doubt or special requests).
Pictures will remain on Trek A Break webpage for at least six months after the trekking and then will be permanently removed from Trek A Break database. During this period they will be accessible to all webpage users through the link emailed to participants after the event which will allow to see, download and share them.

Important

Participants must follow the indication given by the trekking instructor, stick with the group and ask him for assistance in case of any special requests. If any of the previous instruction is not observed, the commercial contract with the interested participant will be interrupted and no refund will be given.

In the Shop section users can purchase one year validity coupons to use as trek-gift. Please note that participants who use the coupon will need to read and accept these terms and conditions in order to register to the activities.
